We guarantee all merchandise sold by richtigdesign.ch one (1) year. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14\u00a0days of receipt for replacement or refund. After 14\u00a0days, Richtig Design\u00a0cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.

    After your order is placed, you will\u00a0receive\u00a0a confirmation email from us and we will immediately begin processing your order. Orders normally ship within 24 to 48 hours, except during holidays and times of high demand.\u00a0Once your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email from us including a tracking number if applicable.     Acceptance of your order

    We may from time to time issue gift or promotional codes relating to the purchase of the products. These gift or promotional codes will only be available on the terms specified at the time of issue.     Pricing and payment details
    \nAll prices quoted are in dollars ($), are inclusive of TAX (as applicable) and are accurate at the time of publication, except in cases of obvious error. The price doesn’t include delivery cost.<\/p>\n

    However we cannot predict what additional charges on deliveries outside the Switzerland\u00a0may be. Customs policies are different in different countries, so if you are purchasing products from outside the Switzerland, you should contact your local customs office for further information as the buyer shall be responsible for any other taxes applicable in the territory to which the product is sent.<\/p>\n

    Prices are liable to change at any time, but will not affect orders which have already been dispatched. Our Website may contain a number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our Website may be incorrectly priced.
